This initial release collects the account information you submit: username, email, phone, nickname, birthdate, requested account type and city/state location. It uses this information for account access, age controls, verification and support.
Private by default
Your phone and birthdate are not displayed on public profiles. Athlete records require separate claims, verification and purpose-specific consent before publication. We do not offer identified minor records for sale.
Account security
Passwords are hashed by the account system. Birthdates are encrypted at rest. Authentication cookies keep you signed in; rate-limit records help prevent abuse. Your display preference is stored when you choose light or dark mode. Essential cart cookies support commerce pages.
Evidence and services
Evidence uploads remain private during review. AI processing is currently disabled. Future AI, SMS, payment and media integrations will require configured providers and applicable consent before processing. Hosting and email delivery support the account service.
Your choices
To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, contact admin@thesmithreport.com. We verify requests before changing protected records. Data needed for unresolved security, legal or transaction obligations may require limited retention; we will explain the applicable handling.
